A MAN was stabbed to death after he reportedly made a lewd comment about a woman’s “big breasts”. At about 4am, the 26-year-old woman entered a nearby food stall to have a meal with her boyfriend and bodyguard. At the moment, the man reportedly called out: “This woman has big hips and big breasts.” Malaysia’s newspaper The Star then alleged the bodyguard heard the comment and confronted the man, sparking the escalated incident. Cristopher Patit, assistant commissioner of the Malacca police, said an all-in brawl that included the woman’s boyfriend ensued. He said: “This was when a fierce fistfight sparked between the bodyguard that was later joined by the woman’s 36-year-old boyfriend. “The deceased was allegedly stabbed several times with a sharp object.” Cops were called to the scene but the man was found unconscious. He was rushed to Malacca Hospital but later died. A post-mortem found he died from a stab wound to the heart. Police said they arrested seven people aged between 25 and 38 in relation to the fight. They have also seized the weapons believed to have been used in the brawl, including knives and iron bars. The case is currently being investigated under Section 302 of Malaysia’s Penal Code.
